non-technical issues and questions.

Design to 3D Print Support

We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible. Whether
you are a existing or new client , we are able to provide dedicated
Support covering management of Warranty, General Support and
On-Site Repair for machines to ensure business continuity.

Alongside this we also provide support on the design side for
industry leading software SpaceClaim, starting from the installation
process through to remote access support for users who need guidance
on features and functionalities that the software offers.  

The Studio

Our Support Plan package gives you access to our Studio Solutions.
This offers holistic 360 support for Individuals or Businesses and allows
you to develop and grow your Design and Development capabilities. 

The Studio Solutions enables you to have your own dedicated Design
and Print Bureau on hand whenever the need for the
service arises.

Our Design Engineers can manage File Repair and Print Preparation using advanced
software to ensure discrepancies are alleviated before 3D Printing commences. 
In addition, we can also offer support with CAD Design and Product
Development as well as fulfilling requirements for urgent printing
should you find there to be limited capacity.
